National and State Finalist | 2022 & 2024
In June 2022, I was proud to represent Florida as a National Finalist at National History Day with our group performance, A World Made New: The Debates and Diplomacy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I played Eleanor Roosevelt, which challenged me to understand her leadership and legacy on a deeper level.
In June 2022, I was proud to represent Florida as a National Finalist at National History Day with our group performance, A World Made New: The Debates and Diplomacy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I played Eleanor Roosevelt, which challenged me to understand her leadership and legacy on a deeper level.
In May 2024, I was named a Florida History Day State Finalist for my paper, The Hall Where It Happened: Igniting the Fight for Women’s Rights in Seneca Falls, which first won 1st place at the Broward regional competition. The project explored how the Seneca Falls Convention sparked the women’s rights movement and challenged 19th-century social and political norms.
